Rankin County Emergency Management canceled the scheduled 12:00pm siren test today due to weather in the area. No sirens will sound for a test. If you hear sirens today, treat it as a real emergency. Take shelter and check local weather information.
The next monthly siren test is planned for December 1. Residents should expect normal testing to resume then, unless further notice is given.
